    Licancabur volcano (mountain people) 5.916 m

    Duration: 2 days.

    Elevation: 1350 meters approx.

    Llullaillaco volcano (hot water in the Aymara language) 6723 m

  • Trekking

    Valle de la Luna

    Drive to the North 20 Km. We stop at the Rio Puritama where we went down the barrel of century old cacti and waterfalls created by a volcanic lava crack, then we find the Rio Purify, which forms a higher flow to join the river giving rise to the river PuritamaVilama. There we can admire the falls of crystalline water rushing over rocks and leaving their mantles on their walls enclosed sound. We also find a range of cactus (cardon) ending to decorate the environment. And we started the trek about 2 hours down the river, appreciating the cactus forest over 400 years up to 6 meters high, and its amazing but small waterfall down to meet Grandpa, oldest cactus in the area.
